We will need the information below in order to reserve this property. We accept check, Visa or MasterCard for payment.
If you pay by check we waive the processing fee and we hold your credit card as a security deposit. Half of the rent is due within 5 days of booking and the remaining rent, tax and cleaning are due 30 days before arrival.
If you pay by credit card we charge half of the rent now, and the remaining rent, tax, cleaning and 4% processing fee 30 days before arrival.
Whether you are paying by check or credit card, we will need the following information:
- Visa/MasterCard number
- Expiration date
- Last 3 digits on back of card
- Name on card
- Billing/home address
- Home/office number and cell number
- Email (to send confirmation/contract, you read, sign and fax back)
- Number of renters
If you are coming in to an airport, please let us know which one so that we can give you directions.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel anytime between booking date and 30 days
before arrival you lose half of your deposit (1/4 quarter of rent). If you
cancel after 30 days before arrival it is non-refundable unless rebooked by
another renter for the same dates.
